A Little Guy Love

Wedding bloggers admit it. We’re bias to brides. We don’t mean to short change the guys, but weddings are just so romantically girly. The wedding gown, the bridesmaids dresses, the flowers, the hair and well, the fuss, always surrounds the bride. It’s her dream day and she has invested an armor car load of emotion in having it unfold in the most meaningful and romantic way – with the groom at her side of course.

In our attempt to balance the equation, this post is dedicated to the masculine side of wedding day yin and yang – the emotion and the tradition of a man and those who stand beside him on his wedding day. The day a guy lets down his guard a bit, shows his softer side.  The day he’s ok being the center of good natured kidding, cajoling and punching. The day he will raise his glass as a single man one last time, and then focus his priorities on the woman he loves. Marriage happens.
