Photos by Kristyn Hogan
Every time we view these photos by the amazing Kristyn Hogan, we go to a peaceful place… because of the sheer joy of styling these beautiful scenes on Cedarwood’s historic farm and 50 acre nature preserve… and because we fell in love with designer Magnolia Pearl’s free-spirited fashion… and because we were working with some of the nicest people on the planet.
We were first introduced to Magnolia Pearl by Monty Wilkerson of Gypsy Chic. Texas Hill Country Designer Magnolia Pearl hand-crafts every piece of their beautiful, unique, and vintage clothing, turning recycled textiles into amazing works of art. The moment we laid eyes on her intricate, bohemian beauties, we were smitten! So smitten that we styled a mini shoot the very next day which became a feature on Style Me Pretty. Instantly inspired by the possibilities of Magnolia Pearl for brides, we began mentally styling some serious rustic vintage gorgeousness for the indie bride. When Magnolia Pearl loaned Gypsy Chic pieces from Pearl’s personal collection for an inspiration shoot, our rustic vintage wedding took flight and landed on Ruffled!
Thanks to the fabulous talent and friends listed below for helping make this rustic vintage inspiration wedding possible!
