Madly in Love :: Whitney+Justin

Passionate couples inspire great weddings.  Whitney and Justin Saia blended family traditions and Southern-Italian influences into the celebration of their union.  Plus they pumped up the mood with a 1940′s Mad Men lounge-sque reception complete with sleek soft seating and eclectic vintage styling.  But beyond the cool and vibrant decor, we feel the most impressive thing about Whitney and Justin’s June 5 wedding was the vows they wrote and spoke to each other at the ceremony.  Full of passion, they opened their hearts to every guest. There’s no doubt that the love between Whitney and Justin runs deep.

We love family imprints on wedding celebrations.  Justin asked A Dream Come True Catering to make a cherished family recipe originating with his  grandmother called “Chicken a la Jonesy.”  In a unique and touching tribute, guests were given recipe cards with her photo.  Justin’s family brought Italian cookies, and the couple’s  signature “Tennessee Mint Julep”  cocktails and fruit jelly favors packed a sweet Southern punch.  The day was delightful in it’s passion, promise and celebration, expressed perfectly with the Italian word concluding Whitney’s vows to Justin:  Attraversiamo, which means crossing over to a new life adventure together.   Enjoy these highlight photos shared by Austin Gros Photography.
