After seeing these dreamy photos on our blog many Cedarwood couples ask if there’s a lake on our property. Yes, and it’s called Mooncake Lake, a private haven tucked away on Cedarwood’s 50 acre nature preserve.
One of the benefits of getting married at Cedarwood is that you not only have amazing backdrops for wedding day photography, but you also have complimentary session time for engagement and bridal portraits. Mooncake Lake is accessable by a short walk up the hill from our barn, and is among the many property vistas for wedding photographs at Cedarwood. Our vintage wood rowboat can be used with advanced reservation and a launch fee of $100.
Photography sessions at Cedarwood are offered only to couples who are getting married here with a two-hour limit and reservation on non-wedding days. Enjoy these photos taken at Cedarwood’s Mooncake Lake by some of our favorite photographers! Credits at the end of the post.
