Photos by Love is a Big Deal
When we look at these great wedding day images of Emily and Justin Suiter at Cedarwood, we are impressed by the emotion of love captured so beautifully by Love is a Big Deal, and by the variety of wonderful backdrops for great photography on our historic southern farm. We are also impressed by Emily’s wedding style using blue, gray and soft pastels, and the important role paper goods play in elevating their event. This invitation suite by Designs in Paper is rich and gorgeous!
We love Emily and Justin’s story. They met in sixth grade and Emily says although she liked Justin from the first moment she saw him, he needed about four years of friendship before he realized she was perfect (smiles!) Their courtship began in high school and continued through college at Belmont University and on to graduate school for Justin and Dental school for Emily in Memphis. Helping plan their wedding in Nashville was easy with Emily’s keen sense of style and organization. We absolutely love their Southern Luxe Cedarwood Wedding, condensed by Emily and Justin into this message to guests.
“It may have taken them ten years but Justin and Emily are thankful you came to join in the celebration! They wanted an evening filled with southern hospitality from the freshly baked pies to the hanging mason jars. The day is full of special touches for both of them. Emily is wearing pearls that Justin’s mother gave them as a family heirloom. The bluegrass played during the cocktail hour honors Emily’s late grandfather Benton Sims, who can even be heard playing fiddle on some of the tracks. The Suiters are blessed to share this night with such wonderful friends and family. Now eat up, drink up, and dance!”
Emily and Justin, you are stunning. Thanks for choosing Cedarwood for your Southern Luxe Wedding Celebration! Hats off to Meg and Josh Souder of Love is a Big Deal, for great photos and a special thanks for sharing your work.
