From Franklin/Brentwood

- Take I-65 N to I-440 W toward Memphis to I-40 W toward Memphis. Exit US-155, Briley Parkway North. Continue on Briley Parkway to Exit 19 and turn left (North) onto Whites Creek Pike. Cedarwood is one mile on the right.

From Green Hills/West End

- Take I-440 W toward Memphis to I-40 W toward Memphis. Exit US-155, Briley Parkway North. Continue on Briley Parkway to Exit 19 and turn left (North) onto Whites Creek Pike. Cedarwood is one mile on the right.

From Bellevue/Kingston Springs

- Take I-40 E toward Nashville/Knoxville. Exit Whites Bridge Road/Briley Parkway North. Turn left onto Briley Parkway and continue to Exit 19, Whites Creek Pike. Turn left (North). Cedarwood is one mile on the right.

From Rivergate/Hendersonville

- Take I-60 S to US 155/Briley Parkway West. Follow Briley Parkway to Exit 19. Turn right (North) on Whites Creek Pike. Cedarwood is one mile on the right.

From Clarksville

- Take I-24 E toward Nashville/Chattanooga. Exit US 155/Briley Parkway West. Take Exit 19 – Whites Creek Pike and turn right (North). Cedarwood is one mile on the right.

From Knoxville/Lebanon/Airport Area

- Take I-40 W toward Nashville/Memphis. Exit US 155/Briley Parkway North (toward Opryland). Follow Briley Parkway to Exit 19 – Whites Creek Pike. Turn right (North). Cedarwood is one mile on the right.

From Opryland Area

- Take US155/Briley Parkway West to Exit 19, Whites Creek Pike. Turn right (North). Cedarwood is one mile on the right.

From Chattanooga/Hickory Hollow

- Take I-24 W toward Nashville. Take US 155/Briley Pkwy toward Opryland. Continue on Briley Pkwy to Exit 19, Whites Creek Pike. Turn right (North). Cedarwood is one mile on the right.

Take the Scenic Route to Cedarwood

- Take I-24 West to Old Hickory Blvd (exit 40) and turn left. Follow for 2 miles to intersection of Old Hickory and Whites Creek Pike. Turn left and follow for 1 mile. Continue left at the stop sign. Cedarwood is .3 miles on the left.
